God is committed to be present in the midst of His people (Hebrews 12:22-24). The proof of His visitation: Salvation of Souls: When He is in the midst of people, He saves (Zephaniah 3:17). So, wherever Jesus saves, it's a proof of His visitation (John 6:44)
